Portfolio Townhomes on Nemo
DevelUp served as the development manager and ownership representative for Townhomes on Nemo, a four-story infill, mixed-use project currently under construction in West Hollywood. Upon completion, the project will feature three 2,900 square foot townhomes situated above 600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and private parking garages. The development team includes AERO Collective as architect, Forza Construction as general contractor, and Pace Equity as the financing partner, supporting the project through its sustainability fund.
