Portfolio The Eden

The Eden is a 235-unit mixed-use podium apartment development situated in Los Angeles, CA. Rising seven stories, the building features penthouse units on both the second and seventh floors, along with one level of underground parking and two levels of above-grade parking. Developed in partnership with Humphreys & Partners Architects, the project earned the 2020 Best in American Living Award (BALA).
