Advanced Micro Instruments (AMI), an Empro Company

DevelUp provided development management services from concept test fit to completion for Advanced Micro Instruments’ new headquarters located in Tustin, California. The company is a leading provider of gas analyzers and sensors for monitoring natural gas pipelines. The project included full renovation of 20,000 square foot flex industrial space to create private offices, sales center, conference rooms, breakroom with kitchenette, production area, clean room for sensor production, warehouse area, restrooms and new signage package with street monument. CDL Design Group provided architectural and interior design services and SERVCO Builders was the general contractor. AMI’s tenant rep broker was Cherry Associates, based in Charlotte, NC.
